Hi David,

I'd never heard of Bolton Tools or your lathe so I did some searching.  I probably didn't find anything that you didn't already.  It's an impressive looking machine but no one seems to have much good to say about it 🙂  Is it true it's made in India?

It seems like you're in the same spot the first buyers of Harbor Freight  lathes were 14-15 years ago.  Why don't you start a Yahoo discussion group about them?  I run mini-mills and could help if you want.  We could also create a support forum or some web pages for Bolton users here on MachinistBlog (our forum software is not the best but we're pretty highly ranked by search engines so we'd be easy to find).  A list of links to web sites and forum discussions might be very useful and a good way to get started.
